The fuel station rarely runs out of fuel and consistently keeps more items in stock than other garages. Mobile payment is straightforward and quick, and the cash machine is highly reliable. However, the food store is convenient but expensive.”

Decent BP filling station sharing the same site with a McDonald’s restaurant.

I went on a weekday lunchtime. Access was easy off the roundabout and I found a free pump straightaway. The price per litre was very good too.

No queue when paying and the lady who served me was pleasant.

There are eight pumps all doing the usual four types of fuel. There is a car wash by the filling station exit. There’s also a decent sized shop with a good range of stock, plus a clean, accessible customer toilet.

A good hassle free visit and I’d be happy to go here again.

So I often use this unit as its local. However in 4 years I have never been able to use the car wash! I have been down three days in a row at various times ranging from 9am to 3pm to mostly to be told it's out of water but the 9 am visit bare in mind it was a sunny 15°c morning that they would not be opening it until later, to then arrive later and be told it was out of water no more than 2 hours later. Do they stop serving coffee when they run out of water? Are they unable to use their toilet when they run out of water? Can't wait for the summer months to be told it's too dry to use and there's no water daily! Very poor service!

First car wash in 3 years. Monday lunchtime, still waiting for car wash after 1.5 hours due to water shortage or something. Never again and looking back through reviews, it's a long term problem they've not bothered to fix

Hats off to great service!

I joined the long queue for the car wash today. Unfortunately the car wash wasn't playing ball and kept halting between washes.

A member of staff took the time to A) try and get it going again and B) came along the line to expalin that the water tank of the wash was taking a long time to fill.

At least we were kept informed.

THEN, the same gentleman came along the queue and asked whether we wanted a free drink whilst we waited. That's what I call great, thoughtful service.

My flat white was delicious too.

I have no complaints about the garage and the staff are friendly. However I wanted to make a suggestion and can't find an email address. My suggestion would be that when the car wash is busy you only allow £5.00 express washes. It's cheaper and sitting in an hour queue I've timed the washes and the express takes half the time (less than 5 and the ultimate is 10 minutes) ans I can't see much difference between the outcomes....plus in the winter their car is only going to get dirty again within 10 minutes!!! And it's kinder on the environment (by a little bit)!

Everytime I come here to get the car washed its never working. Just been today and despite 2 cars in the queue was told there is only enough water to do those cars. Waste of time coming to use the car wash. Very poor service
