A fantastic store with AMAZING friendly helpful staff!
I absolutely LOVE the product as it offers styles not found on the high street, people always ask me where I got my top or dress from and it's always "bows boutique!"
They offer great sales too.
They have a wide selection of clothing and footwear and I'm sure once you enter the store you won't leave empty handed.
I'm always going in to treat myself to 1 item but end up coming out with a bag full!
I strongly recommend giving this store a visit.

This shop is a disgrace I tried calling them over 8 times to discuss about the faulty dress that I received as I went to go and put it on as into wear it then to find a large hole on the left side armpit area. As these Italian clothing material is cheap and nasty! I would not recommend to shop with them at all and thanks to PayPal I got my money back including the shipping fee too. Avoid this place at all costs

AVOID...Would leave zero if I could like many others. Placed an order of 4 items... 2 out of the 4 are faulty literally fell to bits within days and I had not even washed them yet... emailed customer care but received zero care. I explained that I was upset at the poor quality, most companies genuinely care about quality feedback but not Bows. I'd seen people complain via the bows members exclusive Facebook page about poor quality but decided to make my own decision and order myself some nice treats, running a business myself I am aware that things don't always go to plan so wouldn't have made a judgement based on someone else's experience. Unfortunately the quality reflected some of the other ladies experiences and when I mentioned this to Bows their response was to remove me from the group rather than actually address the issues raised regarding quality ?
There is a skill to customer care its called empathy whether you agree with whats occurred or not no business is indispensable and quality control should be priority for any business. Also note that there is no way to review their page on Facebook and this should be a red flag for anyone looking to shop, of course things sometimes go wrong and people generally understand this but its always about showing empathy and understanding which was not the case here unfortunately. It breaks my heart to have to leave a negative review but I feel that these items are the quality you would expect from primark not a boutique like bows its important other people don't waste their money only to go through a shabby customer care experience thanks Maria and Olivia!

I’ve ordered a top but when I received it was way too big so I wanted to exchange but I couldn’t as they don’t do exchanges, so I send the item back and never got refund as they were keep telling me that I have to contact the Royal Mail for a proof of delivery.... basically ridicules!!! Ive never had problems with other returns to different shops.....! They didn’t refund me the money and I won’t shop there again!

Never got my refund as they kept telling me that I had to contact the bank to get it from them even though the bank said they never sent it.... They didn’t refund me the money and it's been an ongoing issue for over a month. I won’t shop there again and will make sure none of my friends make the same stupid mistake of trusting this company!

If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude staff Will never step into that place again. They refused to refund my money on a knitted jacket that went bobbly the first time I wore it !!!!! I returned it with the receipt after 5 days and they were so so rude !!! Won’t go into boring details but. I recomend people to spend their hard earned money else where

I ordered 3 times there items fall apart. After 1 wear or 1 wash.
This stuff is all sold at Woolwich and Lewisham. Market. Which are seconds. Avoid avoid.
