Firstly I want to say how amazing the lady in the store has been throughout. She is the reason for me returning to the store. I bought my nikkah dress from here but as I was only having an intimate nikkah this was my one and only dress. If I had a bigger wedding I would not have bothered as much. After buying it in the shop, I tried it on at home for the first time when trying to match a duppata with it. There was a hole in the dress at the back and the seam had become undone from the dress. I immediately messaged the owner aswell as acknowledging that they were away. The owner did say to take it into the store and the lady will sort it for me. After back and forth communication, a simple fix was offered however, i could have done this myself but the reason for the return was the hole had put me off the dress and I did not want to wear that on my special day. It became clear that refunding me £250 from a ONE time purchase was more of an issue to them than than losing a customer who spends hundreds at their store. It’s quite clear that money was the issue here. I left the dress at the store and I left without any refund. I will not be returning and I have made a loss. I have left this in god’s hands and he will deal with this for me. The funny fact is I left the dress willingly and left the store without anything as I was genuinely stunned at how I wasn’t valued. Thanks for ruining my big day and leaving me out of pocket with £250. Definitely won’t forget this

The store is just so beautiful and has the best gowns ever. It was hard to pick one and the customer service is absolutely amazing. The owners and workers are just so lovely and kind and I will definitely be returning back to the store for some more unique and lovely gowns

Amazing outfits they have absolutely stunning collection, too many to choose from. Very friendly staff. Was very happy with the service. Thank you very much for sorting me out with the outfit will defo be shopping again.

SABERA who helped us on Sunday was knowledgeable about the gowns and pricing/prices.
She was very helpful, patient and allowed us to browse at our own place.
The Boutique One was clean, tidy with display of gowns, sarars, skirts and top in an easy manner to get to see.

there are array of different gowns from styles to colors and even a few things for you'd teenage girls.

there are 2 changing rooms with dark curtains and even a pair of sandals to try your outfits in high heels.

its a elongated shop with a very comfy couch type sitting area if you need to rest with a round stool in the changing area to sit and get dressed etc .
I did not see a mirror in there but maybe it was hidden!
All in all a super place..

BUT THERE IS ONE THING THAT NEEDS LOOKING AT, OR SEEING TO BY TGE OWNER..
THE ENTRANCE METAL STEP INTO THE DOORWAY IS WOBBLY, IT IS UNSAFE TO STAND ON IT AS YOU STEP INSIDE OR STEP OUTSIDE.
THE METAL HEARTH OR STEP BENDS DOWNWARDS AND ONE CAN EASILY FALL AS IT MOVES. NOT SAFE. NEEDS TO BE SOLID STEP..
