I've been to this store several times over the past year, and each time the customer service is first class. The team are patient, attentive (but give you space), and really knowledgeable on their products. The main supervisor (didn't catch his name!) is a real asset to Hugo Boss - goes above and beyond!

Rude, condescending and intimidating staff here. The reviews on TrustPilot are correct, don't expect any kind of customer service if you have a faulty item (logo falling off after a week). Massively overpriced garments, disgraceful customer service. 0 stars.

Absolutely disappointed with the extremely poor customer service which made the quality brand feel like cheap and nasty due to the awful customer service experience. Last time I spend money in this store until they fix up! Notified the store manager and what a waste of time that was. Do better.

Bought a jacket from this store 5 years ago and due to normal wear and tear both the original button and the replacement top button on the jacket had worn off and were lost. I went to the store to see if they could fix.

I spoke to their specialist Hassan who took my jacket and spent the next two days trying to find an exact replacement button. After finding one which was nearly 100% identical he then sowed it back on and returned the jacket. All at zero cost.

The clothes at this store are not the cheapest, but if I know that they will do everything they can to repair items bought at the store then it makes me more comfortable with spending the upfront cost.

Excellent service from the team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A special thank you to Hassan for taking the time out of his busy day to help.

The lady that served me went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't leave the store disappointed. She went out the back and brought a few options out for me to look through. Once chosen she gift wrapped my purchase as it was a gift. Amazing service, friendly, helpful. I left the store incredibly happy.

Update for August 2021
Again 1st class service from the staff during still very difficult times for high street stores.
Good selection to choose from and I’m already looking forward to going back in when I’m back in Milton Keynes
Very good customer service, especially from Hassan upstairs. he couldn't have been any more helpful, there was no rush he advised on which size shirts looked and fitted the best and why. He also advised which suit looked best for business. I was also very pleased as purchased a new casual jacket, I have been looking for months for something to wear for summer evenings that fitted perfect, I will be going back soon

I've visited this store 4 times and my experience has always been positive. My first visit was browsing only, and the gentleman downstairs was very knowledgeable.

On my next visit I went upstairs and was attended by Hassan who is possibly the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I ordered a coat knowing it would need to be adjusted as explained by my new best friend. Less than a week later I got an email saying it had arrived so promptly went in for visit number 3.

I tried the coat and it was beautiful, Hassan prepared for the adjustments with pins and I could feel how much better it would fit after taking the sides in more, shortening the sleeves etc. So I paid for the adjustments and left.

Less than 2 working days later I had a call saying the coat was ready, and that's the week before Christmas! I went in again to see my new best friend and the coat was perfect. Outstanding service and the coat itself is beautiful quality and well adjusted. I've worn it almost every day since!

Can't be faulted at all, I'll definitely shop there again! Not least because Hassan is so friendly and helpful.

For the record I wasn't dressed smartly on any visits, just trainers, jeans and an old coat. I was never looked down on for my appearance. Also I went with my pregnant wife so I was glad that the staff were always wearing masks.
