Been there today for fuel as I normally do about 3 times a week, today after putting £40 of fuel in my car I couldn't log onto my bank to transfer funds to pay, obviously I wasn't Trying to make off without paying, the cashier and her baldy assistant need to learn some serious customer relation skills, demanding I leave my watch or my phone as security, well I don't wear a watch so how the he'll am I ment to leave my phone when I needed to go away and sort banking out from it, totally no sympathy or customer skills, from the cashier or anyone for the matter of fact, would not recommend this garage at all, and I swear to good not a drop of fuel will go in my car from this garage ever again, just hope the new big retailer behind them is opening a fuel station they will definitely be getting my business, FUMIING !!!!

Unfortunstely cant give 0 stars, Absolutely disgusting pretending to look at my car and quoting me £1700 for a new clutch and flywheel when that wasn't even the problem with the car, had it for 2 weeks, I called them twice do make sure that was definitely the problem which both times the confirmed yes at £1700. Told them not to touch it, had the car picked up to which point it was confirmed the car had not been moved from the spot it was put at and the garage are now claiming they did not want to move the car because it was heavy and they didn't want to push it. Yet it could be drove..... lied through their teeth telling me they looked at it then giving me an extortionate price for something that wasn't even the problem. Have also responded to me on social media claiming they put it down to the fact I told them I use it to tow a horse Box, I never even told them I used it to tow never mind tow a horse Box they just seen that on my Facebook post after the car had already been removed from their hands and used it as a lame excuse to try back up there absolutely disgusting service. If you want your car to just sit looking pretty for 2 weeks then be given an extortionate made up quote for parts your car doesn't need then I absolutely recommend

Oh and too add because it's an older car and I was expecting a High price to fix I had sold the car from the garage expecting it to need a new clutch and fly wheel for it to then cost £70 to repair, so had they actually have looked at the car properly and quoted me properly they would not be getting slaughtered and I would still have the car.

Second time of hiring and highly delighted again. Thought the first time might have been a fluke after some bitter experiences elsewhere. From initial booking with the friendly and helpful operator, the pleasant greeting and efficient office staff and the knowledgeable and personable fellow who did the handover, I was very impressed. The van was nearly new, obviously well looked after, clean and presentable. I really cannot praise them enough - oh, and one last thing, they were the cheapest by a country mile when compared with some “big name” competitors.

We used Quarry Van Rental from December last year until this week. Very helpful staff and fantastic rates of hire. Nothing was too much bother and vans were in great condition. Only reason stopped was because I bought my own van but great news they can do the servicing of the van!!!!

Hired a van for the day to move a few things about and from start to finish the customer service was amazing. The lady (apologies I don’t remember her name!) was very polite and just lovely to chat to. She is an absolute credit to that company. The van was spot on, very clean and had no problems with it at all. When I handed it back, the guy took the keys and filled it up for me and I was away in 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be using this company again when we plan to move home later this year. Thank you!
