The staff are really helpful and try their best but I think the system is pretty inefficient. They would be better having a couple of staff dedicated to counter service while the others deal with dispensing. Currently whoever deals with someone at the counter then goes off to dispense that person’s medication. This often leaves nobody available to deal with the counter until such time as someone has finished with the previous customer’s query. It can be frustrating to be left standing at the counter for ages for someone to be free to deal with you. I’m sure having dedicated counter and dispensing staff would provide a more streamlined service and one that is more focussed on speeding things up for customers.

More interested in signing up for NHS and government schemes rather than day job of dispensing medications. Long waits, gave in trying to get through on phone after 35 minutes on hold.

I love this pharmacy, the girls try their upmost best to help, big thanks to Jade for contacting my to let me know the medication was out of stock, I managed to get the prescription changed from the doctors and get sorted before the weekend. True heroes!

Appalling service, made to wait 25 minutes before being told my prescription had been dispensed but they couldn't find it so it was going to have to be re-dispensed, perhaps the whole system needs to be reviewed as to how they store prescriptions that are ready for pick up as this isn't the first time and searching through numerous boxes on the floor and other shelves is obviously not productive or a good use of time, given the queues of waiting people.

Best Pharmacy in the area, treated with respect and they are great with answering any questions you have. Thought you sometimes have abit of a wait but nothing major. Also there new Phone system is fantastic.

Husband and I arrived for our Flu jab appointments, only to be informed that they have ran out of flu jabs due to giving the vaccine to people who had just walked in all day, shockingly poor management, and to not even let those people with appointments know!!
