If I could leave no stars I would. Chemist is useless, uncaring and just fob you off to someone else..they would rather you do everything through the doctor, who is busy and prefer you to use chemist when possible! They won't go out of their way to help and couldn't care less about side effects you may suffer from not helping sort an emergency prescription.
I will be complaining in writing!

The staff are friendly but this completely overshadows the disorganisation and disappointment felt after every time I have to deal with their pharmacy. I am run around almost every time I have to pick up a script and it’s always the local surgeries fault or a system fault. No accountability is taken for mistakes or lost time. Several times I have had to miss medication due to their delays. If you have even the slightest possibility of avoiding this pharmacy and going elsewhere then do so. You will save yourself a lot of time, a lot of stress and hassle.

I’m very happy with my experience there today. I’m visiting Cornwall and had to have my prescription sent here. I arrived at Boots chemist, Camelford, relatively early, and my prescription was there waiting for me. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful to me and also went through my prescription with me to check it was correct~ which it was.

Very good pharmacy located in the centre of Camelford. Only parking is over the road but I was I pressed with the 4 staff on duty - 2 pharmacist's & 2 assistant's on duty. Old converted bank, much larger inside than appears from external look - very well stocked, friendly helpful staff.

Considering you have to pay over £8, you'd think the car park would be better than a bit of waste land! Got parked all right but that is because we got there early.

Really is the worst Boots ever. Always lengthy queues even before covid, they can never find prescriptions and their systems are all over the place. Avoid and go somewhere else.
