The staff were attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately delay on appointment time but I would want the optometrist to take their time ensuring eye health reviewed accordingly. It was a thorough check and suggested way moving forward with contact lenses and glasses.

I had a suculent time at the opticians the other day. Chloe and her colleague fostered a jolly spirit and gave me fast and efficient service.

This left me rather perplexed as to how people dislike Boots and gave me a future inclination to there establishment as the next "hot spot" for a double date. The flashing lights, nice seats, and friendly staff tickled me pink.

Nothin less than the finest opticions in England.

I will be returning to Hoddesdon soon, hungry for more.

My husband and I were helped by the amazing team; Chloe, Lindsey, Jayne and Shreena. The testing, help with choosing frames and making decisions about lenses were all smooth and informative. The team also went above and beyond our brief, including checking my eyesight against the prescription I came in with and making recommendations for additional eye health supplements and protective coating against UV for clear lenses. They gave us plenty of time and were generous not only with their time but also their advice and opinions. We were very impressed and will be going back to use them again in the future after such a positive experience. Thank you for such a great service.

When I arrived, my appointment started, everything was explained to me, what tests were to be done and what I was to expect. The puff of air on my eyes. Then after a short wait , I saw the optician who continued the making me at ease , the lense selections were steady and she explained what each did. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommend Boots in Hoddesdon.
