I visited the store today and was served by an older lady named Rosalie. Whilst waiting in the queue she beckoned me over to her till. She did not greet or acknowledge me, but continued having a conversation on her headset with her colleagues about very clearly non work related issues whilst scanning my items through. When all my items were scanned I handed her my advantage card, still no acknowledgment at this point, she snatched it from me, scanned it and slammed it down on the desk instead of just handing it back to me. At this point, Rosalie is still having her conversation on her headset, it must’ve been extremely important as I had to ask her for a bag at least 3 times before she stopped her conversation to actually speak to me. Extremely disappointed as when I’ve shopped with Boots before the service has always been excellent but this is beyond poor.

I was having so much trouble at my local pharmacy that I changed to Boots Sealand Road . The service is now so friendly and professional . What a pleasure to pick up my prescription on time and with a smile

I've recently moved to this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, due to problems with my previous one. Can't fault the service from Boots. Always have my items ready on time and gave me great advice on why a certain prescription couldn't be filled, whereas my previously pharmacy just said no. It was sorted swiftly and the team are always so lovely and willing to help. Yes, it can take a while to get through on the phone and yes, sometimes you may have to queue for a little while, but this is a nationwide issue in most places. I have no problems with this pharmacy and very happy I swapped to them!

This is a great store! I did most of my Christmas shopping here this weekend. The store was clean and tidy and I was able to find everything I needed and the staff were very helpful. I spoke to a lovely young lady who helped me with choosing some perfume. I bought a few star gifts and several men’s and women’s toiletries sets. ☺️

The staff at the pharmacy are really good as pensioners they are very busy but always have time to say hello to us..
.we had are jab.to day the man who gave us it is very good.and Very caring.
To the manager of boots you have great people here. I hope you tell them how good they are.

*I am only commenting on the dispensing side of the store*
Unfortunately, the dispensary never answer the phone, which was ringing for 20 minutes at a time while I was sat waiting. My prescription medicine is not ready for collection after 12 days of receiving a prescription from my GP.
I was told by the pharmacist on the day (NOT Mr MORGANTI), the NHS doesn't pay them enough and that they are understaffed. I waited 45 minutes in store to collect a repeat prescription. And then it had items missing. The staff are unfairly penalising innocent customers due to their issues with the NHS. There were three staff present when I visited, and none of them were actually doing anything!!! They stand with a lot of prescriptions in their hands, looking at a computer screen.
I will be contacting Boots head office as this is totally unacceptable.
