We only went to Winchcombe due to the steam train, really glad we did go.

Such a wonderful shop, full of old editions and friendly staff. Treated myself to a few Agatha Christie books. Could of spent hours looking at all the books

I found some super books here. Full of wonderful vintage finds, and special editions - I could have bought armfuls of books! I limited myself to just 3, but they are so fairly priced. The person at the bookshop that helped us was really lovely. I will absolutely make a special journey back here (with a bigger budget!) next time I find myself in, or near the area.

I live Books & ink. One of my very favourite bookshops. A lovely mix of new and vintage secondhand books as well as gifts. I don't think I've ever walked in without walking out with an armful of great books.
A superb place for my Christmas shopping!

Be sure to talk to the owner especially if,
like me, you are a fan of Edward Ardizzone
then you won’t be disappointed. Sam is also
an enthusiast, and there’s nothing that she
can’t tell you about his work. But be wary of the bookseller in case the evil temptress tries to tempt you with her bookish delights.

A fascinating bookshop with an eclectic collection of books and associated items on display.

Many of the items are related to the local area and the children's section is especially good.

Well worth a visit if you are in the area!
