There is only one person serving when long queues. It could do with a second person at peak times. Otherwise always polite , helpful and efficient

I was last in a queue of three and after serving the person in front of me no eye contact was made no courtesy comment and I was ignored while he did his banking app. He excused himself by saying I was wsiting for your barcode (?!!). Was it really too much for this person to offer some level of customer service?

On the website they say they are open so I went to the store and they were closed I looked on the door for the opening times to see if it was just a mistake on the website but it wasn’t they said they weee open from 9am to 5:30pm. This isn’t the first time this has happened either they just pick and choose when they want to be open or closed.
