What a gem of a sweet shop! Keeping the traditional charm certainly adds to the joy of walking into Bon Bons - but I also love being able to guarantee finding all the latest favourites and some unique offerings too. Wonderful owners - so kind, approachable and thoughtful - a must visit if you’re passing by or through South Molton. Their online trading is also excellent

Such a lovely shop! The owner is very helpful, pointing out all of the sweets that are vegan, vegetarian and sugar free. He also explained that you can order sweets online, which is ideal. I definitely recommend!

Good old fashioned customer service which nowadays is very hard to find is found with this company.
I recently purchased an Easter egg which arrived smashed to pieces. This was in no way the fault of the company. The egg was well protected in very good packaging. It was due to handling after despatch.
I informed Mike the owner who asked me to send a photo which i did. He straight away issued me a refund and allowed me to keep the broken egg.
This was customer service at its best. Thanks Mike, any sweets in the future will be purchased from your shop.

Expensive. A care package of 3 tiny packs of sweets for £8! Half the box was filled with packing paper.
Edit: re the reply. It's Dave not David, thanks. No message contained in mine ? Not a problem with the description, it is correctly described as what it is. They were nice and wanted to buy more but just a lot of £ for very little product.

Great selection of old fashioned sweets & I was surprised at the selection of sugar free sweets & cookies etc. The chap I that served us was really nice, a bit sarcastic in a funny way when we wanted to know what 100grms looked like his reply was it looks like 100grms. A great place to visit with a great selection.
