After trying a few other shops, I popped into Boa Boutique as it was local. From the get go, Sheila and Philippa were so warm and welcoming. Every visit I had felt so special because both Sheila and Philippa gave me 100% of their attention. I tried on a few dresses and couldn’t decide so we ended up creating a very bespoke dress based off what I liked about both dresses. I worked with sheila closely when choosing my dress and every time I went, it felt so homely. Sheila encouraged me to visit many times to ensure I was happy with everything and allowed me to visit just to try it on with a few of my bridesmaids to show them my dress before the day. When sorting my veil, Sheila was so clever and creative and was able to make my veil match with my dress. Nothing was too much. When I took my dress home I was so sad knowing I wasn’t going to be popping in again to see Sheila! She truly made it a wonderful experience and I would recommend the bridal shop to anyone and everyone.

I bought my Rosa Clara wedding dress though BOA Boutique for my wedding in August 2023. Sheila and Philippa were amazing from my very first visit, right through to final fitting (Also thank you to Maureen for alterations). The dress fitted perfectly along with the veil that I also purchased through them, and had many compliments on the day. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to future brides!

I cannot recommend BOA Boutique more. Sheila & Philippa were an absolute God send.
I saw and fell in love with a lot of the Alma Novia dresses online, but for months I could not find US distributors or stores that would carry the collection I was interested in. I was getting ready for a City hall ceremony, followed by a larger outdoor celebration. I was looking for two very different outfits to complement both settings, so it was quite a challenge. Knowing that a trip to London was on the horizon while I was engaged, I started reaching out to a few boutiques in the London metropolitan area. BOA was the only place that listened and was willing to help. They ordered the trial dresses that I had in mind and discussed measurements. As planned, in October 2022, I had the opportunity to try the dresses on and fall in love. It was a very intimate and personalized experience. Sheila made sure I tried on different styles and alleviated any worries I had about tailoring. In April, my dress and pantsuit were delivered from the manufacturer and at a tailor in Hampton Hill (it was also closer to Heathrow as I was flying in and out of town) for the fittings. Marina from Samari Bridal was also incredible. I would take the 5-hour flight anytime and cannot believe what a story my dresses have. I hope more of you are in closer range, but sometimes it’s also great to avoid the US bridal market which can be overwhelming. Forever grateful to these incredible ladies!

Sheila was just so wonderful when helping me choose my dress. There is so much choice, and the staff are so experienced and understanding. My budget was respected, and I was not pressured in any way, i.e. Sheila encouraged me to wear my mum's veil instead of buying one from her - this sort of service isn't standard at most wedding boutiques!

The alterations were so easy and I was made to feel like they really cared about my wedding day! I am so pleased I chose Boa - thanks again!

a friend recommended BOA and I could not have been more happier with her recommendation, the dresses are stunning and I purchased my dress and veil from the shop. They were so helpful and kept my dress until the big day. I tried it on a few times when it arrived in the store and this was not a problem. They also did my alterations as well and the dress was perfect! the dress was definitely the star of the day and the lace was just simply beautiful

I bought my Alma Novia wedding dress from Boa Boutique and I cannot fault the service. At my first appointment I was able to look through all of the dresses and pick out and try the ones I liked. Sheila was professional, relaxed and wasn't pushy at all like other boutiques I had been to. The boutique in Great Bookham is lovely and is worth anyone's trip to view the Alma Novia and Sheila Harding collections. I would definitely recommend.

Got my wedding dress from Sheila and her team at BOA. The whole team were very friendly and worked with me to find a dress to suit me and my budget. There was no judgement on my small budget either. And they gave me fitting timings to work with my busy schedule.

They also managed to order and do my dress alterations in quick turn around as I was getting married only 6 months later.

It's a lovely little boutique and feels very special being there. I was genuinely sad to pick up my dress and leave after my final fitting, knowing i likely wouldnt see the team again, but excited that I had found my perfect dress.
