I have ordered of this boutique a few times now. I have never had any problems, they have great customer service. I contacted by email about my recent order as i made a mistake with dates i went into panic mode. i got a quick response resuring me that they will get parcel sent out ASAP. Also one dress I ordered was no longer in Stock so they give me a refund.
I have had regular updates about parcel being dispatched and out for delivery.

I just wished they still had the shop because I would be in there all the time

Steer clear of this company! My wife ordered a Mitch & Son outfit which arrived with a large stain on it. Emails bounce back and phone number just rings out. No correspondence what so ever and no sign of a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered three items. No dispatch notice or any form of communication. All emails completely ignored. No sign of parcel after two weeks. Finally had a response via Instagram to say I’d been refunded and blaming Royal Mail. Don’t believe it was even sent in the first place. Awful customer service. Don’t ignore your customers.

Ordering & deliveries spot on, but returning an item not being refunded or exchanged an item, shocking no proof as to why they made that decision. No correspence from them. A disgrace of a company. Steer clear plenty more boutiques that sell the same items & more friendly happy to help attitude too.

I have now ordered twice from bluebells in the last three weeks I have ordered dresses, socks, headbands and the Calvin ck underwear it's all lovely will definitely be ordering again xx

Poor customer service my mother purchased 2 coats back in summer we have been trying to contact though phone email and Instagram had no response complete joke as they was supposed to be a Christmas present just money taking scammer! Even if there was a email to keep me updated with what is going on but nothing won’t be buying from her again and I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had a choice

Really poor customer service, would not recommend shopping online here. You will pay for express shipping and not get your delivery for 2 weeks. Really poorly managed business.
