Firstly, my original visit to this store was wonderful. The lady working was so friendly and chatty, really upbeat.

Unfortunately, I knocked my poor little penguin lamp off of the shelf and his head broke so I ordered a replacement and I'm pretty sure I was waiting less than 24 hours before I received. Efficient right?

The one I ordered came with a scuff mark across the front so I emailed for advise on how to restore the lamp to its usual condition and before I know it I've had an email advising they're shipping me a new one to replace my 'cursed' one! What lovely, wonderful service.

I couldn't recommend this place enough, it's definitely where my family can expect Christmas presents from this year!
