Over the moon with our purchase of the hot tub from blue rock pools ltd. What a excellent service we had from Andy & Jane, the delivery was so professional with no hiccups. And Andy,s knowledge was outstanding with 100% support day or night. What a great experience of after a long day to unwind in your very own hot tub and star gazing into the night sky.

Can’t recommend Andy highly enough at Blue rock pools. I had an issue with my hot tub which he Identified the issues straight away. ordered the parts needed that same day telling me exactly the cost involved which were very reasonable. Came back as soon as parts in to fix. Now back up and running and as good as new. Not only that he is a lovely guy to deal with and so is Jane! Will use all the time now moving forward.

Jane and Andy at Blue Rock Pools have been absolutely amazing. They clearly have lots of experience in dealing with hot tubs and customers. During the initial enquiry they were knowledgable, friendly and were able to talk through the range of hot tub options without being pushy. They just simply shared the information and allowed me to think about what I wanted - they are not sales people, they are just passionate about what they do and simply showcase what you can have - the hot tubs does the work for them. The ordering process was easy and although we knew it would be a long wait for the hot tub to arrive, we were kept informed throughout about its journey to us. Installation was brilliant - Andy worked like a trooper, very patiently moving the tub into exactly the place I wanted it. He set it up, showed me how everything worked and spent time talking through the maintenance routine. The hot tub is amazing - exactly what we wanted.

Both Jane and Andy are always available to contact; even late into the evening when I thought we had an issue, Jane responded to my email with reassurance. They are just lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Rock Pools to anyone wanting to get a hot tub with a personal service and amazing after care. Thank you Jane and Andy.

From Consulting to Delivery and after sales, thumbs up! They are a small company who can keep the right level of communication while we were waiting for delivery, and are happy to provide advice. They helped me to find the best way to balance my hot tub chemicals and since then it is really easy to maintain, no bother at all. We would 100% recommend Blue Rock Pools - Jane and Andy are just so helpful. Like many other clients we had wanted a hot tub for sometime but didn't know which was best - they were brilliant. I can use certain chemicals on my skin - they advised and we have had our hot tub coming up two years this year - best thing we every purchased - Thank you Blue Rock for all your support and help - they even arranged the crane to get it into our garden.

Having recently moved into a new property with a run down hot tub in the garden, we needed advice on how to get the tub working and getting the water balanced. I called Andy from Blue Rock Pools because of a recommendation from a friend. Andy spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me a beginners guide to setting up and balancing a hot tub. I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I drove down to the shop to buy the chemicals I needed.
In the shop both Andy and Jane again talked me through the Do's and Don't in getting my hot tub up and running They also gave me some advice involving cabbages to lower chlorine levels which sounded like a joke but actually worked a treat!!!
Since getting my hot tub up and running, the pump has broken. Again after a phone call to Andy and Jane, they have gone out of their way to advise me on which pump I need.
I could not be happier with Blue Rock Pools and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new hot tub or anyone needed advise or servicing to give them a call.
