Extremely disappointed with the delivery choices made by Bloom boutique and their inability to make themselves accessible to phone enquiries and complaints. Royal Mail have failed to deliver my ordered items and so the leaving presents I had purchased through you will never be received by the intended recipients because of your misguided use of Royal Mail!!!!
