Returned an amazon parcel here at around 6pm this evening. The man who worked there was really friendly and showed me how to put the return through- was a really quick and easy process. Received a text within 3 hours to say the refund was on its way! Great customer service! Also, the shop was so well stocked- as a local student and this store being so close to the library, I will definitely be shopping here more often! Thank you!

I went in here to collect a Yodel parcel and the young man behind the counter was super helpful. It was the first time collecting and I didn’t know you needed barcode. He explained it to me and even helped me find it on phone. He really went the extra mile, above and beyond. I will definitely be back, thanks.

Visited the store in the evening, 22nd July 21 and received shocking service, honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Shopkeeper was rude and dismissive, kept walking off when I was trying to discuss how to return a Hermes parcel.

Despite paying for Packageless Return I was repeatedly told I needed to buy packaging from them. Clearly had no idea of what was going on and had no interest, tried damaging my items by sending them with the label fixed directly to them. I ended up walking out.

Avoid if you can.
