I recently bought a dress here for my son's wedding. It was nice to finally find somewhere that sold mother of the groom dresses that were a bit 'different', after visiting a number of shops where the dresses were all very much the same. Anne-Marie was lovely to work with. I did have a couple of issues with the dress and it ended up being very last minute. However, I felt total confidence in Anne-Marie, and her talented seamster, who worked his magic so on the day I wore a beautiful dress and had lots of compliments on my outfit. I would definitely recommend Blanc, particularly for the customer service. Thank you Anne-Marie.

My daughter's year 11 prom was approaching so we made a few appointments at different dress shops...our first one was Blanc and it was the last. Anne-Marie was fantastic with me daughter, she helped choose dresses for her to try but also listened to what she wanted and was very patient when after the 9th dress my daughter went back to the first.
My daughter found the perfect dress for her and has just enjoyed her magical night. Thank you Anne-Marie x

Well where do I start? From start to finish the whole team went above and beyond. I had seen a dress online I wanted and found that Blanc did the whole outfit, I was over the moon. I also took my mother with me to source a dress for my brothers wedding. I was given the dress I wanted to try on and that was me done, I wanted that dress, although the dress was a size too big they phoned the designers and the designer had sold out so they altered the dress to fit me. They put my whole outfit together even shoes and hat and made a mask to match.
Then my mother tried lots of different dresses and she found the WOW one.
Both outfits on the designer website was mother of the bride. I’m just in my 40’s and I believe I got away with not looking like the mother of the bride.
I then informed my sister of an outfit that would suit her as she was struggling finding something, she took my 17 year old niece too and oh my they definitely sorted them both out to. Then unfortunately my niece pulled her dress on something at the venue and Blanc fixed it to.
I have never been to a shop that was so accommodating, I’m usually the one that picks fault with things as I’m quite particular but with all of our experience they went above and beyond so thank you so so much for your patience and helpfulness.

Anne Marie and her team were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, it was such fun 'dressing up' again. She helped me choose a fabulous outfit for the races and made an appointment for me with just a moment's notice. I'll definitely be returning again to experience such first class personal shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gave help and advice to my wife. Myself and another gentleman were shown to the 'mens seating area'. Unfortunately, there was no bar, and I could not smell bacon sandwiches! Despite this we had a laugh, making the experience of husbands clothes shopping with the Mrs, quite enjoyable. Brilliant customer service! Thank you so much. 🙂

Myself and my mum have been here this afternoon to get outfits for my brother's wedding. What a fantastic experience! Every single person in the shop was extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help us. I cannot recommend this shop more. I will definitely return.
