Fantastic store for graphic novels and games. We came here for a comic book (a gift for a Batman fan friend) and the store manager (didn't catch his name) was so helpful. Gave us a selection of comics he recommended and his recommendation was spot on, our friend was delighted. Friendly helpful service and a really lovely store. I'm not a graphic novel fan personally but even I left with a smile on my face.

A well stocked with plenty of variety, Blackwell’s covers all of geekdom so whatever your flavour it’s worth checking it out. As with all bookstores they may or may not have what you’re looking for but it’s always a pleasure to browse and the temptation to splurge the cash is high. I just came away with a couple of Judge Dredd books missing from my collection. Happy days. Well worth your time.

Really cool shop with lots of different genres and manga series, during my 3 week stay in the city I’ve always found a book or 2 that were to my liking in this wonderful shop, here and sometimes even in the Westgate counterpart.

The cashier was really cool as well, always helpful and available, think he was called Flynn.

Overall the shop always piqued my interest whenever I visited and really enhanced my abroad experience, cheers.

Blackwell's is one of my favorite bookstores in southern England ?. What a gift to see such a beautiful store on my walk through the area. I stopped in, talked to the staff, and felt attached to books more than visiting some of the museums in town. It's worth a visit, and look for your favorite story universes; they have them!

Fantastic shop with lovely staff. The guy working there laughed as we told our daughter she only had 10 minutes to look around, he then gave her a quick guide to were everything was and was very helpful and friendly. We actually ended up being in there for 40 minutes!

The shop was clean and modern. A large array of books. A great manga section and a board game section. Really nice print designs too. Unfortunately I didn’t buy anything because it was so expensive, much more than I thought it would be and I don’t think it’s worth it. The prints are of artwork you can find easily online. It was also extremely busy so I could hardly look at anything or squeeze past people.

Fantastic book shop brilliant range of fiction and manga and graphic novels, I was absolutely spoiled for choice and struggled to not spend a lot more money than I ended up doing

The staff member working was incredibly friendly which was very welcome as I had been having a poor experience of Oxford up until that point!

I look forward to visiting again if I ever come back to Oxford!

I think the employees name was Finn could be mistaken. But they helped me so much today when I was in a rush to catch my bus this morning. Friendly smile and very kind, didn’t mind helping me out and looking for the book I needed. Excellent assistance, Went over and beyond!
