Online order and received a badly damaged item, which is disappointing as the item was a gift (it wasn’t opened until the day of giving the gift).

Customer service didn’t help at all and insisted because they were not contacted within 72, there is nothing that can be done… no attempt to at least semi resolve the problem.

72 return policy for poor quality is ridiculous, especially when most establishments have a 14 day return policy.

Save your money.

This bookshop carries the legacy of the Oxford-based Blackwell's publishing house. This branch of the Blackwell's bookshop chain is small and cosy and shares its space with a coffee shop. This branch has a very good selection of books of all genres and for all ages. It also offers a variety of other goods, such as magazines, stationery, small decorations and souvenirs, board games, etc. It is an excellent bookstore and certainly worth a visit when you are in the vicinity

The bookstore didn't have either of two books that I wanted. However, the coffee shop made a very nice dry cappuccino. And the carrot cake was "okay".

Lovely combination of a book & coffee shop. I've only used the book shop services so that's what my review represents. Book shop's staff were all very sweet and despite not being sure what I was coming for, I found a great book that I fell in love with right away and definitely recommend. There are large sections for any genres.

Did not have the book we wanted. Thought they were well known for availability of books on hand.
