Amazing quality and absolutely gorgeous corsets, went in with almost no idea of my corset size and Emily was lovely and so helpful finding my size!! She helped me find exactly the style and shapes I was looking for. Great price for the quality too!! Absolutely would recommend 🙂

Gotta shout out Harmony who immediately clocked I didn't know what I was doing and went through about 4 or 5 outfits with me. Helped me find the right sizes and gave me advice on the event I'm going to. Very happy with the fit I ended up with. Thanks so much!

I was treated sooo well in this shop. And their selection of clothes is fantastic.

Basically I know nothing about goth/steampunk-etc wear, I'm just a musician who landed a big show playing for 60,000 metalheads and I had to find an outfit for the occasion. The woman who worked at the shop was super nice, helpful and basically let me try on half the shop until I found *the* dress. They have so many beautiful garments that look and feel amazing so the whole experience was basically a confidence boost as well.

I felt and looked great - production loved it so much it's now been adopted by the team to be part of my touring wardrobe for this show.

Great customer service, quality corsets, and plus size friendly. After not receiving updates for a while I called up and spoke to Ben who was very apologetic and friendly. Helped explain the situation and went out of his way to quickly send the new tracking information. I purchased from black widow before and have received items within 3-7 days. Corsets are always high quality wearing for years- present day. In store, staff are always helpful and kind, finding exact fittings. I would highly recommend!

The ladies in this shop saved my sanity! After a disastrous online prom dress purchase, and a traumatic, pushy visit to Fonthill Road, my child was stressed and verging on tears. We were greeted by the most cooked, smiling, friendly lady. She made Olly feel relaxed and helped them try on corsets without making them feel uncomfortable. When Olly didn't like the structured feel of a corset, she suggested alternative places to look and even makes the other shops on a map for us!
We didn't need the map however, because Olly found an awesome shirt and waistcoat on the mens side of the shop, which went perfectly with the skirt.
I arrived with an anxiety ridden, emotional 16 year old and left with a smiling, confident child, ready for GCSEs without the stress of a prom outfit.

Cannot thank them enough.
