Visited for a sofa for our first house. All staff were lovely and helpful. We bought a sofa and didn’t have a move in date so it was kept at the store which helped us a lot. We got a move in date and explained we wanted to be in before Christmas, staff were very understanding and went above and beyond to deliver it as fast as possible. The two men who delivered the sofa were so kind and were very fast. Overall an amazing experience to what has been a stressful time. Would 1000% recommend!

Absolutely first class service. No pressure to buy, but really helpful and honest advice given. Bed was delivered at the exact time they said. All put together and checked before they left. I have had furniture from them before and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Wardrobes being delivered December once room painted and I know I will have the same brilliant service I’ve always had. I can’t recommend highly enough. 5 star service ❤️

Well can I just say after reading reviews it's laughable people bought new sofas well good look I paid £1500 pound for two sofas paid for on Dec 4th 2023 the springs has gone on one sofa 14 months old and guess what you only get 1 year warranty Chris then advised me he's trying to contact upholsters but I'd have to pay I first phoned Chris 10days ago his reply was he would come out take pictures which he didn't Ive had to go back to his shop and once again e passed the buck absolutely horrendous service so please let's hope people whose paid good money for furniture it lasts longer than 14months and no joy I'm now taking it further which I e been advised to do so another fight on my hands

Fantastic company and very professional, the huge showroom is filled with stunning beds and furniture, we bought a very big bed and the delivery guys made a huge effort to get the bed into our home without any fuss, what a great set of lads and very polite, thanks BKR Furniture.
