Worked with Sarah on a shoot and she provided some gorgeous jewellery! So much so that for my mum's wedding I wanted to suprise her with some handmade personal jewellery. The most awful customer service you will ever have to encounter, initially my opinion regarding an item I wanted to return, was stated as unlawful and illegal, which felt
Very threatening, in addition to that, when the item was returned, I've been told it's been worn... why would anyone wear something they really do not like ?

Now, I am being asked for a tracking number, is it that bad at bish bosh becca that they have so many returns, and they are unable to identify who has sent want back ?.

I don't think I'll get a penny back or the item returned to me so I can at least give it to charity. So sad
