Wasn't open when the sign on the door and Google said it would be. Had an Amazon package delivered there as we were camping nearby and when we went to pick it up the chap behind the counter said they didn't take Amazon parcels, he changed his mind when I showed him the app and was suddenly able to lay his hands on our parcel. Not a great experience 😕

Really nice shop and variety of wines available

The guy at Bidford News in Bidford on Avon refused to take the return parcel because he said it had to have a label on the package. I tried to explain the 'Pass My Parcel' paperless procedure which only requires a barcode on my smartphone as used with Amazon and he just refused to listen. I now have to find another store and hope they know how the procedure works. Extremely annoying!
