Often use Between the Lines in Oxted for gifts. In March the staff helped me choose a beautiful blue stones drop Charlotte Web pair of earrings which I love and wore everyday. Unfortunately one of the stones came out. It was more than six months since I bought them but went into Between the Lines. They spoke to the area manager and a few days later I had a call saying they would replace them.
I can’t thank them enough for the initial help in choosing these lovely earrings (which are admired frequently) to the amazing customer service and follow up. Thank you to all the staff at Between the Lines but particularly your Oxted shop

Cards marked at £3.95, told at the till it's actually £4.25, would only accept the higher price. I was in a rush so no time to quibble, will go to Lorimers over the road next time.

Love your hand sanitiser (which feels more like hand cream with the added Vitamin E) and great to find out that you sell it - so of course I have bought some. So many other lovely gifts and items too.

Lovely chain. Used to spend far too long in the old Alton branch with my children. My daughter said she missed it when she saw the one in Oxted ..... she is now 19 ?
