Very poor customer service, people have no clue about the job. When u ring them to find out for delivery always have an excuse and prefer is given to the customer with big order, if by chance u have small order you will be the queue for about a week for delivery. And if you dare to ask why.....? Answer would be you can cancel the order because " you have no manners to speak to a lady"

Very poor and arrogant people in the branch no one is willing to help.
