The shop is very cramped, staff are rude and prices are high. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Visited Woods today with my wife in order to return a faulty item to Amazon. We are not very computer literate - quite old as well - and soon became confused by the Return machine. Without asking for help the young male shop assistant voluntarily helped us out, for which we were very grateful. Not been in this shop before but the helpful attitude will encourage us to return. Thankyou!

This is possibly the worst attitude I have experienced from a shop owner, ignorant and unhelpful towards a customer who asked for information. I will never set foot in the hell hole again. Hazel grove resident.

Great little shop, good range of products that change in response to customers needs. Paper deliveries are on time and the boys are careful to keep them dry if possible. A great asset to the estate.

An excellent convenience store. Has a good selection of chilled goods and groceries together with household goods and alcohol. They deliver daily papers and are always in touch if the paper is delayed. Very friendly and helpful.
It is also an Evri parcel drop off and there is InPost locker outside.
Parking for the shop directly outside.

Staff are fine, it's the rip off business model that's the problem, £4 pdq limit, I wonder how much of this places business is people buying stuff they don't need just to get over the rigid £4, as usual I bought something I wouldn't normally buy from here as cheaper everywhere else and it came to £3.95, nope femail owner wouldn't let me, had to buy something else, I questioned this, particularly as a regular customer for 3 years, I was told it was set to £4 and there is nothing they can do about it, utter rubbish, Its your business you can change it, I know pdq's, they arent set in stone, settings!!!! So after constantly being mugged and an attempt at deceiving me I decided to never visit the place again, im 6 months clean now, bring on patronising response. - wow I've just been informed it's a £5 limit now!!!

Very rude man that works here, I have been coming to this store for 3 years as it's the closest to me and every time he has been very unpleasant. I think I would rather walk all the way to asda from now on than give this an any more of my money! Also made my little cousin walk out with a hand full of period pads because she didnt have 5p for a bag after already paying on card (the limit is £4 to pay on card). This was very embarrassing for her.
