Convenient shop with parcel collection. Young red haired bloke who works there is really helpful and pleasant…. Wish I could say the same about his female colleague, who has poor social skills and comes across as rude. Interesting to read the other reviews and defensive comments that the shop post in relation to feedback. Let’s hope another comment on poor service may encourage them to take these on board and have an attitude change.

Yet again my parcel was delivered Saturday at 2.01pm...go in and the again lady behind the counter was basically 'well its not here...prove it was delivered here'. So brought up ebay confirmation...totally unhelpful...every time I have to have a parcel delivered this happens...this lady has absolutely no customer service skills and is so eude and unhelpful...il never use this shop again

Her response says it all...BTW the red haired lad has found my parcels when I've gone back there the next day...because he's the only one who's any good. Its not that they're not delivered dear...it's that you can't be arsed to do your job properly 👍

And ebay have confirmed delivery with their tracking and have confirmed you're responsible for the parcel until I pick it up!

I got my parcel delivered here and the red headed guy did 43 keepy uppys with it and then headed it straight into my sweaty palms as I anxiously watched.

This was like something out of a movie scene and I will happily keep getting ALL of my parcels delivered to this shop that clearly wants ALL of my parcels especially so the ‘ginger’ lad can show ALL of his sick skills.
