Horrible. I was trying to buy a lemonade and I tried paying with my phone which didn’t work so I then tried paying with my physical card, tapped my card once and the transaction went trough then he said it didn’t go through so I tried again and it declined, I showed him my bank app where it said I was charged for the first transaction and the shop owner started shoring at me and telling me to get out and refused to give me my drink. Currently waiting for my money back from my bank, horrible customer service and very rude for no reason.

The customer service is amazing and someone is available to help. It usually has everything I’m looking for. There are a few local corner shops in the area but I always go to this one the prices are better than the others.

AVOID THIS NEWSAGENTS - Terrible service and make up there own rules as they go along - they don’t accept half of the things they advertise to and they don’t take monzo payments like they say they do
