We sold our flat through Jack at Beresfords after having been listed for 9 months through two other local agents. We found that with Beresfords, and Jack in particular, it really was a case of getting what you pay for. The flat was keenly priced due to our circumstances so sold pretty quickly but what set them apart was the negotiation of several offers and then the extremely diligent management of a complex transaction within a larger chain. Jack would chase all parties to the transaction on a daily basis, with a level of care of which is unmatched when compared to our experience of other agencies, who stepped back as soon as the offer was accepted and allowed the transaction to fall through.
