Rachel and her team at Benems have provided a truly first class service. At the very start Rachel assisted hugely by providing her expert knowledge on the type of LVT flooring that would work best for my kitchen/dining room. This was followed by a visit from Steve to assess the area and then prep it ready for the new flooring. Steve did a truly outstanding job on laying the flooring, an absolutely amazing fitter, and I was thrilled with the end result. As requested Rachel also ordered new skirting boards for me which Geoff fitted, he too did an amazing job. I really cannot recommend Rachel and her team at Benems enough. The whole process from selection to completion was seamless and outstanding. Thank you so much, I will definately be recommending you all.

The whole experience surpassed 5* … From visiting the showroom, meeting Rachel and her fabulous staff, choosing our carpet with professional help on hand from Rachel…ordering and then finally having the carpet laid precisely and expertly by Warren today! Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and what she doesn’t know about carpets is probably not worth knowing! Her staff are all incredibly polite and customer-orientated. Warren worked hard throughout a very hot July day, finishing the job in the evening only when he was satisfied it was done to his extremely high standard. We recommend Benems wholeheartedly to anyone needing carpets / floorings.

Amazing service, Rachel was so lovely and helpful. She arranged a measure up on the same day I called. She helped choose the right carpet and underlay for my daughter’s room. She gave me a very competitive price and arranged fitting super quick.
Warren the fitter was amazing, super friendly and worked around my two year old who was getting in his way. He was fast, and professional and cleaned up any mess left behind. Would definitely recommend this family business for all your flooring needs. 5* service and quality carpets. Thanks Benems, we’ll be back soon.

My partner choose Benems due to them being a local shop, plus we were impressed with all the amazing reviews that we have read. We made contact with Rachel who arranged a measure up promptly, she assisted us with everything, selecting the right colour, the best make and even the best underlay. I got recommended Benems by a friend and I could not be any more pleased with my results. Rachel understood exactly the look I was going for and when I was unable to have Victorian tiles due to my hallway not being big enough for the pattern, Rachel came up with a brilliant idea of adding a black edging around my herringbone flooring instead. My stair runner is just stunning! The carpet and floor fitters did such an amazing job and I felt they went the extra mile to get the job done in a timely fashion and to a high spec. I could not recommend Benems enough!

Brilliant from start to finish - Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick which type of flooring and style we would go for, and very patient whilst we took home some samples. The installation by Jeff was also very professional and we are very pleased with his hard work. The new laminate flooring we went for has completely transformed the room.

I would highly recommend Benems, Rachel is so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs despite the many issues I had along the way from the contractors and insurers, nothing was too much for her. I come across Benems whilst looking for a fire place stockist and the customer service she gave made me use Benems for the whole house, I needed carpet's, laminate, vinyl and a fire place.
