I visited the Benefit counter in Boots Chesterfield. I was unsure of what I needed but Beth was amazing. She sat me down and did a full consultation with me. She tried different products and showed me how to apply my brow products. She was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. I had a great visit with Ruth today for eyebrow wax. My first visit in a very long time because I’ve been seriously ill, having chemotherapy and my brows have suffered.
