I run a small business and use evri from this shop. The people that run the shop are always courteous and friendly. I actually feel bad for them as customers who come in are often rude to them. I have seen people coming in to deliberately steal and the shop owners literally can't do anything. This is their business, people should have some more respect.

The man who works there was very inappropriate to my fiancé and asked her a lot of questions about her job, money she makes and if she was married.

However the rest of the staff are lovely and very helpful.

The woman behind the counter is the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful person you could meet. I will be putting in a complaint to Evri returns regarding her. If I could I I would score a minus.

It use to be a fab shop, bit since the owner changed is just terrible service, the guy saw I haven't got a ring and started asking why I don't have husband and if I live alone. He made me very uncomfortable with his comments. Today I tied to drop a parcel as apparently they are Hermes and he said no as he didn't like the size of the box. Mind you I walked with this box in my arms for 20 Min to that shop so it wasn't amytt big or heavy. He made up some sory ab a coulcit giving him problems. Bunch of lies. Will never puy foot or spendy money there for sure!!!

We arrived on a Saturday at 6:55 am. At 07:00 am (this is when it should open according to the Hermes website and their Google profile) they did not open. We were waiting until 07:30 and they didn't open. We missed a £ 45 bus for having been waiting for they to open as we needed to drop off some packages at Hermes.

Irresponsible shop. Unprofessional.

Printing machine for parcel return is not working sometimes. Please resolve it ASAP. Some people coming 20 min by walking and coming back at home. Unprofesional staff and services. Very rude shop.

Me and my missus have been using this shop for around 4 years and the shop is great ?. staff are great boss man is super friendly and just wants to make conversation decent amount of supply's considering it's a small shop don't know why people complain it's not asda lol
