Excellent service. Delivered quickly, I returned one pair of shoes as they were to small, return is free and so easy. 're ordered a bigger size and again delivered within 2 days. Refund for first pain back in my bank in 3 days. Thank you bells shoes happy customer ?

I ordered a pair of Sketchers from Bell's Shoes. The website is easy to use and my order arrived in good time and packaged well. Unfortunately, I had to return them as they were a wee bit too big for me (I ordered my usual size of Sketchers but perhaps different styles alter slightly in fit). The return was simple and was dealt with in an efficient manner. Certainly would recommend them.

Looking for a particular pair of shoes for my suit I did the usual internet searches and came across Bells. Not only did they have exactly what I was after their price was excellent!
Ordering was simple and they were delivered quickly and as well as free delivery they also had free returns !
Bells is now on my list for the family as a first stop, highly recommended.

I was visiting Buxton from South Wales and purchased a pair of Reiker shoes. After arriving home I found that after only 3 days wear both shoes had split. I phoned Bells who asked me to post them back so that they could show the manufacturer. They phoned me the same day they received the shoes back and immediately refunded the cost of the shies and the postage. Excellent service.

Bells is great! Bought a pair Birkenstock shoes for daughter's birthday- they were on sale at a great price, fit perfectly, shipped and arrived quickly! Love them! TY! Only problem: I wanted to purchase another pair but then they were out of my size! I will def buy again when my size gets in!
