I was recommended to this shop by a friend, and went in yesterday, looked at getting a new toilet seat (which had a crack) and Shower Mixer bar (cap was gone and couldn't adjust temp). Came back in afternoon and brought both, fitted toilet seat within the hour and new shower mixer bar this morning. Perrrrfect Fits! Had no idea either item was universal, and the gentleman who runs this business is very knowledgeable, and a star for helping me getting this done! Highly Recommended and will be coming back to this person (instead of using b and q) or another merchant! xx Thank you again, you honestly have just saved me faffing about trying to find the right parts!

My bathroom taps have a unusual shower connector & I haven't been able to find a replacement part anywhere. I want to say a big thank you to the lovely Bill who helped fix the old connector so I could reuse it. This meant I didn't have to go down the expensive route of changing the taps completely. Your kindness & assistance is much appreciated.

I cannot praise this company and staff high enough they have gone above and beyond to help resolve my problems. Especially The owner and his assistant Bill who covers for him can’t thank them enough for their expert advice and the prices for all my item were very reasonable. For me definitely the best find so far in 2022, I have and would thoroughly recommend this company ?

I rushed into this shop (had driven past it a few times) as the bathroom fitter decided at 2.30pm that he needs the bath for plumbing in the next day after already enquiring when the bath would be needed (later on in the week was he reply! Well what a gem of a shop and the owner is such a lovely person. In the end I walked out of the shop having bought everything needed to furnish my bathroom right down to the shower gel holder. The bath being delivered around 8am next day! I will definitely use this shop again. Amazing service, fantastic prices. Lovely guy along with who I assume is his apprentice.

I was sat behind this company's sign written, silver transit van on saturday afternoon 13/2/21 and throughout a 2 mile drive on Ardleigh green road I watched in disgust as the driver threw piles of litter from the van to the street, culminating in a large Macdonald's takeaway bag being chucked belligerently onto a busy highway in broad daylight. Obviously this incident has no bearing on the company's level of service but I'm sure any passer by would never consider using them after witnessing such pitiful behaviour.
I've passed my dashcam footage onto Essex police.
