Ellie spent a lot of time and effort finding rings perfect for us tailored on what image we had. We also had free beverages, my partner esp loved the hot chocolates! I cannot recommend beaverbrooks & this store in particular highly enough! Not only are their items stunning but the customer service from all of the staff is simply fantastic! Special mention of Danielle and Kelly in particular- these ladies are so professional yet so warm and friendly, they really do care not only about you and finding the right item for you but genuinely have interest in the story behind the jewellery etc. They have seen me through many a birthday present, my engagement and wedding rings and have truly helped make my gifts and occasions so special. Kelly bent over backwards when I explained I needed to get the new watch over to Spain discreetly for my wife’s 40th! With the boxing, disguising and ideas!. I will continue to get any jewellery needs from this store, it’s always such an incredible experience when visiting and buying from here- thank you to the whole team who work so hard and aren’t all about a sell. I haven’t received my pendant yet as it wasn’t in stock and is yet to be delivered. I was very impressed with the customer service in store however. All members of staff were great but Lewis in particular was extremely professional, polite and personable. He went out of his way to make the purchase an enjoyable one.

Really impressed with the staff at the Norwich store. Took my old Omega watch in which really needs a new bracelet. Problem is that a replacement is c. £700. Ian (one of the staff) sourced replacement parts and was very dedicated to helping me get the watch wearable again. He has considerable knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. I’d strongly recommend asking the staff’s advice as they were very understanding and nice.

Took in my Tag Heuer watch which had an issue that required rectifying under warranty and Beaverbrooks Tag Heuer Boutique were fantastic in dealing with it.

Daryl looked after me from start to finish and couldn't have been more courteous, friendly, reassuring and accommodating (extra thanks for some lovely beverages).

Quoted 12 weeks max turnaround time for the fix and it came back much sooner. I only wish I'd bought it from here in the first instance but any for future purchases I'll only be coming here to make them.
