Bought this bleu de Chanel 100 ml perfume on 18/1/25 from beauty base Hounslow . It was a birthday present for a family member . When we opens the present we saw the bottle was broken !!! I bought this perfume many times from boots , never seen anything like this . I was very sad and heartbroken to find out that the shop sold a broken perfume bottle which a present for a special occasion and very expensive. I will never return to this shop and tell everyone to avoid !!!!! Cheap and fake store!!!! It may be the perfume is not genuine!!!! Avoid avoid !!!!

Good collection of perfumes! You can order online, click and collect or directly buy in store. The staff here are very friendly and help you out with the fragrances of your choice. They always have some offers running in store. There are alcohol free deodorants and musks. They also sell nail paints, face washes and lip colours but in a limited quantity!

My daughter was looking at a perfume and a college called Marta SNATCHED the perfume from her hand and put it back. It’s my first and last time visiting the store! I confronted her about it and she took me to security and was talking to me in an aggressive tone like I committed a crime! My daughter was upset and uncomfortable while she is only 9 years old! Hopefully this will be dealt with soon!

I bought once from them , they make u feel so uncomfortable as you are stealing their stuff and not letting u choose and find what u like. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE not everyone is stealing thanks!!!!!!!!

VERY racist, ageist and sexist. they tried to kick me and my friends out the store just because we are young black girls. we literally came in to smell perfumes whilst they’re was young white boys doing the same and they didn’t say anything. VERY RUDE, DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. HATE this store.

For a place this small I don't think you can steal without someone seeing you. From the security guard to staff, they all make you feel unwelcomed. The staff mostly have no clue about perfumes, the names or how it should be tested. An uncomfy experience mostly in here. If you don't know your perfumes you may end up with something else so beware. Prices seem fair and interesting discounts too. I was told I couldn't try perfumes last time I was there, only to see others doing it? Confronted her and she denied saying so hahahahah

Store manager is racist and discriminate
He can't do his job ,don't care for customers
One team member told me yo do collections back door and other team members front counter , when I told store manager he put allegations that he don't care do what you want shouting at me and disrespectful in front of customer , which is not Good customer service and handling complain I will not recommend to go honslow store ,the company is good but store manager is rude , disrespectful and not ready to listen to customer attention to detail
I hope the top management look in to matter ,look at CCTV today and take action

I recently visited BeautyBase, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. They have always had an extensive selection of fragrances, featuring everything from classic scents to niche brands that you won’t find anywhere else.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming with Srinivas being exceptionally good. He offered personalized recommendations based on my preferences, which made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Also not to forget the manager Zian who has always been very warm and friendly whenever I visit Beauty Base taking my experience absolutely to the next level. Srinivas and Zian are indeed an asset to your organisation.

The ambiance of the shop is inviting and beautifully arranged, making it easy to explore different scents. I particularly appreciated the testers available for each fragrance, allowing me to sample before making a decision.

Overall, I highly recommend Beauty Base for anyone looking for a unique scent or a special gift. I left the shop with a fragrance that I absolutely love to gift it to my boss.
