Susan is excellent at her job! She is lovely, welcoming and professional. She really took the time to explain every process and was incredibly patient the entire way through. My best friend managed to find the perfect wedding dress today and we couldn’t have done it without Susan’s help. The whole process from entering the store to leaving was amazing. The amount of dress choice and the small details of having skylight windows put in above the changing rooms to allow natural light to come through is just amazing. 10/10 place highly recommend!

Had my first wedding dress appointment yesterday at Beau Belles and it couldn’t have gone better. I went with no idea of what kind of dress I wanted so felt a little overwhelmed however my consultant Susan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole appointment and soon put me at ease. She was super knowledgeable, gave great advice and could have not been more accommodating. She really made the whole experience super special. Could not recommend enough! Plus I picked my dress ?!! From the first appointment not having a clue what I wanted, my alterations appointment, me having to nip in to put the dress on due to a wobbly moment if I’d make the right decision or not, to picking my dress up for my wedding day the team have been nothing short of fantastic. My first ever time trying on wedding dresses was with Beau Belles. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Lisa took great care and was so accommodating for me and my guests that came to help me pick. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so patient with me. We found my dream dress in the end and don’t think I would have without Lisa’s help. During my first appointment, Lisa was incredible; she took my broad ideas about styles and shapes I liked and found me my dream wedding dress in no time all. Sam is a brilliant seamstress, and added those really personal touches for me like a belt for that extra sparkle! I would highly recommend Beau Belles.

I cannot thank beau belles enough,
from my first appointment Kim couldn't do enough I tried on several dresses and Kim just knew what my style was I found my dress after the 3rd one and tried on several more after just to make sure.
Myself and my maid of honour was made to feel very relaxed and we had so much fun with the curtain reveal,
I ordered my dress and needed to have alterations, Kim agreed to put some extra lace down the side free of charge as it was very revealing, when I went for my last fitting everything was perfect and the lace matched the dress so well you would think it was part of the dress, all the staff in the shop were so friendly and welcoming that made my experience nothing short of perfect.
