Bargain Booze Clay Hill Road...
Woman behind the tills tonight was the rudest cashier I have EVER come across.

I was going to buy a bottle of Robinson Juice - that had a label pricing of £1.25 - when scanned this item came up at £1.35. I said that says 1.25 over there, she then shouts "THE TILLS ARE NEVER WRONG!"
I said well it is the price over there isn't what is being scanned. The man working behind the till asks what item and then confirms it is in fact £1.25 NOT £1.35.
So I said "customers never wrong" and she with that then goes "nope the tills never wrong, throw that label in the bin!" screwing her little ferrit looking face up.

Poke your juice, label and your efin till.
Never again, u love just lost a customer!!
It's not about it being 10p dearer, I don't care about that. It's how she spoke to me, customer service is not what she should be doing!!

This shop is an amazing convenience store I’ll admit, but 2 of the staff are very rude towards me almost every time I go there.
Just today, I was on my way back from school when I decided to pass through to get some £1 crisps. As soon as I walked in, the “security” asked me to leave my bags (i had a box of noodles and my school bag) at the door. I understand shop keepers have to be aware of school kids but its not nice having to put my belongings at risk for the shops safety. The other member of staff seems to purposely take a very long time when scanning items I want to buy which has made me miss my buses too school. I regularly have these problems with both members. I would stop going to this store but its the best one around.

I am very surprised this shop still exists. It is surrounded by shops that sell similar things for 20% cheaper. Nothing really to complain about apart from the prices. The Royal Mail parcel drop is convenient though.

Do not shop here often but recently stopped to get some bits and always find the staff polite and friendly also lady who sings behind the counter puts a smile on customers faces.
