We visited Bathroom Gallery with a view to having a complete update of the shower room. We found Barry to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable - he visited to check what was actually possible and what would work best which was very useful. Having decided on the choices from the myriad of catalogues, the order went through smoothly - they even coped with minor changes afterwards. Barry recommended that we use Miles and Nick for the installation which was absolutely the right thing to do - we are very pleased with the transformation and the superb quality of both the fittings and the workmanship.

I have used the Bathroom Gallery on a number of occasions. I have found them extremely helpful, particularly Barry. I used them nearly 20 years ago to do one bathroom and they did the second one recently. I am very happy with the result of both. Our first dealings with the Bathroom Gallery were four years ago when they advised us on updating two bathrooms. We were delighted with the results and the service that was offered and approached them again recently when we wished to update and modernise our downstairs cloakroom. Again, we have been extremely happy with the service and advice on offer. We have always found everyone polite and happy to help and answer even the slightest query and would certainly recommend them to others.

We used Bathroom Gallery to completely renovate three bathrooms and a cloakroom. From the first house visit for advice on design to the final fitting, the entire process was a pleasure. I can not recommend them highly enough. Barry gave us useful tips on design and gave us a recommended list of fitters (one of which we used and they were phenomenal). The range of goods extends far wider than stock in the showroom. We even bought tiles for our main ensuite through them. All the building work was pain free as our fitters negotiated directly with Barry for delivery of goods and to resolve small issues around missing/broken parts from suppliers. We found them to be excellent value and would use them again and again.

I had my bathroom and my en suite shower room refurbished by Bathroom Gallery. Barry was exceedingly helpful in terms of obtaining what I really wanted which was not easy as gold is really hard to get and I wanted gold taps and other trimmings. It worked out really well and when completed looked fantastic. I was very pleased with the final result and definitely recommend Bathroom Gallery, especially Barry who helped procure exactly what I wanted and also put me in touch with an excellent fitter to complete the installation

Bathroom Gallery have been excellent every time I have used them. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and even willing to come out on site when required to solve any issues. In addition they have an extensive range of products on display in their showroom. I am a regular user of their services.

I visited the Bathroom gallery on the 5th February 2018, spoke with Barry as we wanted a complete bathroom renovation. He arranged to come over the following week -Monday 12th. This he did and spent over an hour talking and measuring up. By this This afternoon 12th March we had heard absolutely nothing. Not even an apology for delay never mind an estimate!!
More out of interest than any desire to do business with the Bathroom Gallery I phoned them to see what the excuse could be. Apparently their System was “down” !! I can’t imagine how this could delay an estimate by 4 weeks or how it could prevent him from communicating- even if he had lost the telephone number we are less than a mile away.

A complete disregard to elementary Customer Service- Don’t deserve to be in Business.

Just hope this review can prevent other potential customers from being delayed and frustrated!
