I visited this school uniform shop hoping to make some last-minute purchases for my daughter. According to their online hours, they should have been open until 5 PM. However, upon arriving at 3 PM, I was told by the sale assistant that the shop was closed due to personal problems. While I understand that emergencies can happen, there was no indication online or at the storefront that the hours had been changed for the day. This was especially frustrating because it was the last day to buy uniforms. An update to their online schedule or a sign on the door would have saved us the wasted trip. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I can't recommend this shop for its lack of professionalism and customer service.

Worst staff i have ever met.Two ladies who are working there are too rude to the customers.I think they do not have any clue about customer care.I will never visit this shop again

Ladies were helpful. However quality of the uniform material is poor. This is a new supplier that our school has chosen. The quality of the uniform is not that of our previous supplier. I was unable to purchase my sons trousers here due to sizing. School PE shorts are expensive and see through. The PE top is cheap material but I have no choice to purchase it due to the emblem. No knowledge of the GCSE PE tops previously worn. The school jumpers - v neck is cut too low and looks silly on a male. I have had to purchase 90% of my uniform from elsewhere.

They're good when you go in store to purchase but I put an online order in on the 31st of July with estimated 4-7 days shipping, it's now 23rd of August the order is still awaiting fulfilment and you can't get hold of anyone, online chat is useless and no answers emails or telephone calls.

Went in to get a P.E tshirt for my 14 year old daughter, I needed a L or XL as she likes them loose fitting. Staff not very helpful and have no idea if they will be stocking bigger sizes. Never had an issue getting bigger sizes before.

Not the greatest experience when going to get our sons secondary school uniform. The shop is that of disorganised chaos, the premises just isn't big enough for the amount of stock that they carry, walls are crammed floor to ceiling, rails to the centre of the shop crammed with blazers. We really struggled to manoeuvre around the store, especially with boxes all over the place due to a deliveru and other customers in the store trying to locate the things they needed too. Unfortunately due to limited staff who seemed extremely stressed and frustrated we received very little assistance and really struggled to find the sizes which we required. Items shown available online were not in stock in store and when we questioned when they would be in stock the standard answer seems to be "next week" or "I don't know", not exactly helpful. An extremely frustrating and stressful experience for our child and us, but unfortunately when the school has given the contract to this shop we have no choice but to get the uniform from here.

Tamara and Erin were both working in the shop and were super patient with us when we were dithering over the different sizes of blazers and skirts and could not have been more helpful! Thank you for making uniform shopping, which is usually quite stressful, much more bearable!
