Great shop. Well stocked with good quality, clean clothes and shoes. There’s a good selection of children’s toys, games and books etc. You will also find a great choice of books of varying subjects and genres. There’s also a plethora of bric a brac, glass ware and kitchenalia. I was really impressed how un-charity shop like Barnardo’s was. To top this off the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The small retail centre where they are located is great for parking and contains some good complimentary businesses. Would highly recommend a visit!

The people that run this shop are ever so friendly and have gone out of their way to help me pack up and wrap some gifts I had bought as was struggling. There is always a good collection of items to choose from and I always find what I am looking for. Thank you Barnados!

Lovely store which always feels very open and welcoming. We often donate items here and they have always been very gratefully received. Often have a mooch round after dropping things off and there's lots for the whole family to choose from!

This shop is one of the most impressive of the Barnardo’s range. We visited on a busy morning, both to donate items and to buy. The shop is clearly laid out with as good a range as I have seen in a charity shop.
I was also very impressed by the quality of the staff there. Barnados can rightly be proud of their Eccleston shop.

Not very friendly, welcoming or appreciative despite the fact that we were donating some very useful items. Would have liked to look round but didn’t feel comfortable. Not the sort of atmosphere I would have expected on a charity shop.

A great charity shop, and a bit more upmarket than your average one. Some great bargains to be had with quality clothes and nik naks.

Went to take some items in. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Watched me struggle through the door and struggle to the till to staff watching, to be told they were not accepting items. They then let me struggle back out of the shop. Customer service is not their forte. I will not be visiting again to make donations or buy anything. shocking!
