Do you need the finest ingredients in the world? Vegans, cheese-meisters, meat-eaters, wine & coffee lovers. Get over to Bake Shop. Their deli, bakery, cafe will see you right. Grab a piece of their giant focaccia while you are there.

Amazing pastries and very good coffee! I have been struggling to find a decent coffee in this town with the milk frothed at the right temperature!

There is a very nice little garden at the back, and more seating space next to it.

Loved the atmosphere, next time I'm sitting in!

Bakeshop is quality. Whilst other establishments have opened up in Ely. Bakeshop bakes and coffees cannot be topped. We come back time and time due to the ingredients and the consistency of the bakes. Pump street chocolate and fen farm dairy butter are used. You can taste the difference. The staff are lovely welcoming and make you feel part of the team.

We absolutely love this place, great coffee, unique cakes and desserts that taste properly made not like generic high street cafes, staff always friendly, they also have great wines and unique mediterranean culinary delicacies. It's off the main Ely area so never feels busy and there's a more relaxed vibe and good soft music not radio pop crap.

Wow, a totally impressive range of wines, cheese, also, an eclectic range of foreign beers including rice, saisons, microbrews. Spanish snacks, and no rip off prices. Prices from slim to fat, but not a wallet killer.
The ladies at the counter are charming and pleasant. Window seats are nice in the sun, and there's a garden out the back. You csn really unwind here. it seems a haunt for arty types. It's what a lot of other places need. 10 stars

The pastries and bread from here are amazing. You won't find better locally. Beautiful shop with lots of other lovely products. Cannot recommend enough! The wine selection is also fabulous! And their wine evenings are not to be missed! Now it's warm, the garden is a perfect secluded spot to sit and have a coffee

No way I could get a photo of the food before they had tucked in, it’s so good. Coffee was great as well. You would have to go to Cambridge to find as good.
