Bajaj food & wine is a small store next to the hotel Ibis budget London Heathrow central - you can buy some baked goods, snacks or some limonades, because this store works 24/7 and the staff is very nice there.

DO NOT get your parcels delivered to this address. They cause a massive fuss and refuse to give the parcel or tell you to come back later (even when you can clearly see the parcel behind the counter). Very rude and lack customer service. You shouldn’t partner with Royal Mail if you can’t deliver the service.

This shop should be reported to the trading standards for selling multi pack chocolates that mention not to be sold separately and at higher prices than the single chocolate prices. He denies he is selling multi pack chocolates for 90p each. Disgusting. Been doing this for years and should be fined.

It was a terrible experience. The man at the counter was very rude. I came to the UK for the first time, and everything around me was very unfamiliar. Walking into a convenience store in Hounslow, I was about to buy some food. As I was not familiar with the items in the store, I spent some time trying to decide what food to buy. The man shouted at me in a very rude voice and asked me to pay and leave.

Is that how this store treats tourists? It ruined my whole trip. If you are new, don't go to this store. It will give you a very bad mood.

They are dishonest and will cheat you. I paid £2.40 for two beers and came back two hours later with the same order and they waited till I had paid with my card to tell me it was £3.40. I will be in contact with the trading standards authority. Very dishonest. Too late with your reply. You can check the video in the shop. You will see I ordered Kronenberg both times. Also the second time, he did not ring it up using the till. Trading standards for you. You have cheated your last customer

Be careful when shopping at this place. My teenage son was overcharged when he shopped there. I was overcharged when I was there the following day. When I questioned the man at the til, he became angry and rude. He said that it was only a mistake and that he stated that he has been in business for fourteen years. I believe I was overcharged deliberately because he thought I was a tourist. Although this shop is conveniently located to the Travelodge, I would never shop there again. This shop could make a lot of money by "mistakenly" overcharging customers every day.

Really nice shopkeeper, I was 50p short and needed to buy some cereal for my daughter. He said it was fine. I was staying at the Travel Lodge so this store was a life saver.
