Absolutely love this place. Tara, Gaz and all the crew are amazing. So friendly and caring and the passion they have for these animals just goes above and beyond. It’s like nothing thy wouldn’t do to help the animals in need. I had my gorgeous boy Enzo from them and he’s just so sweet. Their just amazing people xxx

My spouse and I decided to celebrate a birthday with a guided tour, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were fascinated by the variety of rescued animals, including axolotls, lizards, snakes, frogs, turtles, and spiders, and thoroughly enjoyed learning about each one. The staff, mostly volunteers, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, enhancing our visit even further.

I'd highly recommend going if you or someone you know are curious about owning a reptile yourself or if you wanted a fun and unique gift idea arrange for a tour by donating to their cause.

These guys are absolutely incredible. I rescued an Axolotl from them a couple of months ago. I live up north and they arranged a courier to deliver my axolotl. Tara made sure everything was in place and my tank was fully correct before they'd let their rescue go.
I cannot thank them enough.

Great staff and advice. Very helpful and always willing to help, no matter how big or small. All the animals are extremely well looked after. Couldn't recommend a place as much as this one. Keep up the good work guys, you all do an amazing job xx

Decided to go here to source a bearded dragon. Rehome rather than get a new one for my son. Many of the staff are volunteers but the help was very good. My son is autistic and they took great care with him. Helping him hold the animal and to have a look around the various reptiles in store. It's a smallish shop but a great way to source a reptile pet. Also the do the necessary supplies although on site stock is limited due to size. We ordered al we needed for the dragon including the vivarium and all of the heating, lighting etc. Really friendly and very happy to help and give advice. Highly recommended.

Absolute fantastic rescue, got my axolotl "King Axolotl" from here, received lots of help and advise on the correct way to cycle a tank for an axolotl. I buy all my worms from Axolotl and Reptiles Rescue as money raised from sale of worms goes towards, rescuing, rehabilitation and rehoming of axolotls and reptiles. x
