I have been a Aves customer for many years and I have never been disappointed with their service. I recently attended to have an overdue eyes check and the staff were amazing. I no longer live close to Aves but I choose to travel out of my way to use their excellent service. I would highly recommend them

I have been a customer of Aves Opticians for a couple years, and they have always provided excellent and professional services. Recently I had a couple of issues with my glasses, (not the fault of Aves ) which they corrected quickly and exceeded my expectations as a company. Thanks in particular to Isobel for her hard work in remedying my issues , and also to Jo and in particular Lee for their lovely customer service and friendly smiles.

I have been a client of Aves for over 20 years and I have received an excellent service from them at all times.
The staff are very professional and always friendly and helpful.
I have on occasion had to contact them as an emergency
when I experienced a problem with my eye they managed to get me an immediate appointment and the problem was soon sorted for which I was extremely grateful.
We are lucky to have such a wonderful facility locally
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

THANK YOU RITHIKA
I went to collect my two additional optician glasses today. Rithika was very polite, helpful, professional and gave me good advice and her professional opinion when I started choosing some designer glasses. Thank you also Rithika for advising what suited my face/shape and I love them!
Rithika has made me look very trendy with these 'statement' glasses.

My GP sent me to Aves opticians after I went to see them with what I thought was a bad case of conjunctivitis. I was seen by Naveen who was very thorough. She did many tests and was able to give me a diagnosis , treatment and information to give to my rheumatologist . She was extremely knowledgeable about everything in fact I learnt more from her in half an hour than I have in years with my Dr . Would definitely recommend !!! Front fest staff were very welcoming and helpful aswell
