Very late posting but wanted some of my photos to come through to show how amazing these ladies were on my wedding day! I first did a trial with them and it was my first meeting with Amy and Lizzie and they made me feel so comfortable straight away! I didn't know much about hair and beauty and wasn't sure on what I wanted for my wedding (only that I wanted my hair up!) they talked me through options And were so knowledgable on what would work best for my complexion / face shape / veil positioning.
I felt amazing after my trial as I had both my hair and make up done. I went out afterwards and my hair and make up stayed in place!
On the day of the wedding, they were so calm and relaxed and again worked wonders again! I felt so amazing and so did my bridesmaids! They even helped me get into my dress when we realised the dress had to go over my hair (protect the hair at all costs!). I really can't thank them enough for how they made me feel! I have 0 confidence and they made me feel so empowered - I am extremely grateful for their help on the day! They are fabulous!

Got my hair done from this place absolutely loved it! Wonderful place best hair salon I’ve been too! Ella Did my layers lovely!!! Ella did my hair last year and made it look fabulous been again today and Ella made my hair look better then last year keep the hard work up Ella! Definitely coming back here!!!

I’ve been going to Aura for 4 years for hair and beauty. Amy & Ella listen to your thoughts and work with your hair to get the best results that suit your hair. I’m so picky about my hair and they are great. Lizzie (beauty therapist) is fabulous and her treatments are amazing. I highly recommend the back massage, she gets all the knots out! All the girls are welcoming, allow you chat or be quiet depending how you are feeling. If I was in anyway trained in this industry I would love to work there!

I booked a haircut with Amy because of all the 5 star reviews she had. I have to say it was the best hair cutting experience i have had. I booked the 'start here for new customers' haircut and Amy made sure to look at my hair curl pattern, scalp and other things i mentioned. After this i told her what haircut i wanted and showed some pictures as examples. She cut it and checked in with me as she did. I felt listened to with how my hair is and how i wanted it cut. Great experience, well worth it and am so happy with my haircut, it looks and feel great!

What a lovely relaxing start to my wedding day with my hair and makeup done at a smooth easy pace. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup for my wedding. I thought especially my hair being an undercut style that it would be quite difficult but Amy was at hand with her tricks and new invention that had kept my hair grip in place all .

the staff here were all really lovely, i would give them a 5 star rating for the customer service but what they did to my hair was awful i absolutely hate it!!!! i had gone in for a consultation and showed them a picture at what i wanted done, it were like ashy highlights and just before havng my hair done i showed them again and was told i could achieve it. But ended up leaving with horible yellow hair, i let the salon know and wanted a refund because im needing to go else where to pay even more money to get it fixed, even though they have offered to fix it for me for free but i do not trust them with my hair again. And if you dont want the same experince as i did i wouldnt go to this salon!
