Have popped in a couple of times now for their gorgeous sandwiches.
I love their roast beef! Their mocha's are also very nice.
Friendliest staff and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hoping to have time to stop and eat in one day!
Little gem in Woburn Sands. Lovely to support an independent, small business.

Popped in for a sandwich and a coffee with the wife.
Immediately struck by how friendly the staff were.
Huge sandwich menu. Ordered a New Yorker for myself and a falafel salad for the wife along with two coffees.
The food was gorgeous. Absolutely delicious sandwich and falafel salad. Quick service, lovely setting and they also sell wine! Lovely selection of different wines. I will definitely be returning to this shop. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

Great little delicatessen and coffee shop on Woburn Sands High Street. Food is fresh and varied with a good mix of veggies options. Service is professional and friendly. Sitting outside on a warm March day was a wonderful bonus watching the hustle and bustle of a Saturday in Woburn Sands on market day.

This coffee may look like a standard coffee, but dont be fooled! Without doubt the best coffee we've had since leaving Melbourne, Australia.
The barista really knows how to get the most from his beans.
The chicken & pesto panini was a lovely addition as was the buttery homemade flapjack.
The stream of customers and regulars in the 30-40 mins we stopped by for is testament to Aubergine's exceptional high standard of food and service.
If you are passing through, this is a cafe not to be missed!

We used to live in Woburn sands and this was always our least favourite cafe to visit due to the customer service. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I can confirm the service is the same.
I said hello to the female owner to be ignored and kept waiting until her husband came to serve me. I then put my laptop bag down to immediately be asked to squeeze into the corner of the bench to leave the rest of it free (for who? Paying customers?), followed up with ‘we don’t have customers Wi-Fi’ and I couldn’t really catch the muttering reason why.
I’m not sure I’ve been made to feel more uncomfortable in someone cafe before.
I stayed for 15 minutes and then left, of course without a thank you or goodbye from the female owner.
It’s nice to support small businesses, being one myself, but in this instance I won’t repeat it.

Bit of mixed bag, I had a good sandwich (chicken and avocado on seeded brown) but a terrible coffee. I ordered a flat white and the 'barista' abandoned his first attempt and then asked the owner if his second attempt was OK for a flat white, which he was told it was and that's what i was served. It was nothing like a flat white, it was weak and milky, more like a latte, and had I had more time I would have asked them to do it again.

Exquisite bread choices. We were all very impressed. I had a delicious sandwich on toasted ciabatta and it exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff who are very friendly.
