I have been a customer of ASK Opticians for a few years now and I am consistently impressed by what the team delivers.

From the moment you walk in, the warmth of welcome and hospitality from Caroline and Tony, shines through. The eye examination is incredibly thorough, professional and it is great to see the investment in leading edge equipment, to fully assess your eye health. The consultation for frames/lenses, if required, is very individual and tailored to your needs and Jon is an absolute star who knows his stuff!

You can tell the care and consideration put into every part of the experience, from the small details to the more impactful like the layout & space. It's a beautifully well designed space and incredibly well thought through. Oh and the coffee...it's wonderful!

I would like to say a very very big thank you to you all. I came with my husband and my 2 year old daughter thinking it was going to be a nightmare to choose glasses with a toddler; however I was so pleased with the friendly welcoming and professionalism from all the staff. Whilst I had my eye examination and choosing my spectacles , the staff kindly were keeping my child entertained. The range of glasses was incredible, from a normal day to day pair to a funky pair to an evening pair. I was spoilt for choice! I walked out with 3 stunning pairs, and I can’t wait to collect them! I will definitely be returning to ASK and have already told my friends and family about it too. Once again thank you so much.
